Any good kitchen supply store will have glass bottles for storing herbs. Also, Robert Dyas and other iron mongers will stock such things. I found great ones at a place called Trading 4 You. Just make sure that the lids seal completely. You don't want moisture to get in an spoil the contents.

I always used mason jars. Quart, pint or the jelly jars. They seal very well and are cheap. Its what the herb store I shop at uses.

I was in Hallmark the other day and noticed some really cute bottles that would be just perfect in my opinion. You could try looking there. :-)

Try Pier 1 Imports or even Walmart. I would use ones that have a screw on lid. That way they will stay fresher.
