This isn't meant to be funny or sarcastic, but why not consider going topless? Small breasts don't draw a lot of attention, especially when you're lying down, and you'll probably enjoy the sensation of feeling the sun on your bare boobs.

If you are thin, go for the cute factor when selecting a swimsuit. Don't just look at the style of the top. Look for bows, shirring, bright colors, poca dot prints.

Small breast are way too hot for padding. Wear any bikini you like. With small breasts you would catch my eye and I bet others as well.

Everyone now adays has boob jobs. Be proud of what you have and be different. Don't try to show padd your top to look bigger. It makes it look wores. If you have small breast then you are probably petite. Show off your curves.
