Yes, it's very bad for your overall health and very bad for your waistline. YOu should get the movie called "supersize me". This man only ate McDonald's for a month, and ate as he typically would eat non McDonald's foods. He gained 30 pounds, had high cholesterol, was considered obese, developed heart disease, a whole lot of stuff. Once he stopped, his health started improving. He was really sick. I make it a point to not eat there. If I must eat outside of my home, I will go to Subway. They have very healthy food. I always get the Turkey wrap, the wrap being either wheat or whole grain. McDonald's is terrible.

i assume in the event that they replaced the call to something disgusting, that could positioned some human beings off, yet "junk" nutrition is many times speedy to get right of entry to and tastes sturdy for a sensible value.....each thing a individual could locate beautiful. does no longer or no longer it is super in the event that they might invent a variety of junk nutrition that replaced into additionally sturdy for you? i understand they have tried and the final attempt I tasted replaced into similar to ingesting plastic cabbage in a cardboard sandwich. Umm Umm!

McDonalds has almost nothing that is nutritional enough to justify it as real food.

It has always been, and will likely always be junk food.

I am worried you have to ask. Yes it generally is as nutritionally good as eating a mattress. In the Uk the tried to promote themselves as being healthy by offering friut and salad until they realized who goes to a burger bar if they like salad?

junk food means high in things that are bad for in supersized quantities, and low in nutrition......Mcdonalds definitely meets this criteria

Depends on what you order, but it's not the healthiest food overall for a person's daily diet. I know they at least offer salads, fruit and yogurt as healthier alternatives to their fatty/fried items.
