We work together and get along well. Is it rude to ask her to hang out? I want to do this casually.

This is of course all a matter of opinion. I say as long as both parties are adult about it and keep work out of the bedroom and the bedroom out of the office I say no problem. Communication is always key and so is being very mature about it all. But I say it's no real problem. The only problem occurs if one of you screws over the other one and you still have to work together.

it's all good, nothing wrong with that i do it all the time. Now as far as relationships are concerned wouldn't be wise..mainly because there's always that chance of the 'break up' and if it's severe....you have to deal with them at work, and i don't care what anyone says, it DOES affect your work. If ya'll ended cool it won't be too bad...but that's if your lucky enough to have it end cool.

It's only rude if it is clear that this isn't what she wants, but you still persist. However if you are friends and you feel the moment is right then why not, it is quite natural!

Potentially unwise, but not rude. Professional boundaries are important in being a good worker....

Of course not. You work together, and there is nothing wrong with spending leisure time together if you both want to

No. As long as both parties can separate the professional & personal parts of their lives, there's nothing wrong to it. Good luck! Ü

If you think she is mature enough to give you an honest answer.
There is nothing wrong with it, you just have to know what you want in those situations.

if you're seeking platonic friendship go ahead, otherwise heed the old adage " don't s.h.i.t. where you eat".
