I'm a newer employee with the company. My co workers know I'm dating someone who is a bit on the wild side. Dress is officially business casual. I told her that she can wear something "outrageous". What could she wear that would make her look "outrageous", but still be business casual?

If she's not going to come dressed in a way that makes you look good to your superiors than you should go to this event solo. You might think that your date dressing "outrageous" is fun - but the most talked about person at an event is almost never the most respected.
Tread carefully on this one - you are new to the company and want to be respected for your work, not just remembered for your "outrageous" date.
