you can't get a bachelors in science at a community college. The higher the degree in science the better. From my experience because I received a associate degree in science while on the path of becoming a nursing, is that with this degree you can get a job as a clinical laboratory technician ( or something similar) for more info visit this web site http://www.bls.gov/home.htm
