Close your eyes and cover your ears...turn the phone off (yes, your cellphone and your computer too!) Concentrate on nothing more than the song that's currently in your head until you literally feel your body relaxing. Sensory deprivation is thebest way to stop your mind from getting too wild.

talk out loud about it, thats how I study. I bore my wife with the information and it sticks better than if you have written script.
to focus, control your breathing. consciously maintain the rhythm and soon you will be more aware of your task.
speak out loud everything you write or think of, you will be surprised at the ability to recall what you have said. get into the habit of a study group, a group of like minded people and share recipes for tests etc. sharing out loud will make all the difference, too late now as your test is 2moro, but next time get together with others, it could be the difference between pass or fail

That is what is known as scatter brained.
It is not difficult to concentrate on something if you are interested in it. Quite often the young are so into themselves that they have no time for any one or Any thing.
Too big of a hurry to get there and don't know where they are going.
Just a little effort does wonders.

Meditate for about 2 minutes. That sounds really lame, but it's not. Relax, clear your mind, take slow deep breaths. Imagine yourself relaxing every muscle in your body, from head to toe. When you feel calm, relaxed, and ready, begin studying, and I promise you will have better focus.
