how can i unblock the bluetooth capabilities from my nokia phone?

i bought this new phone from verizon wireless is the nokia 6315i and it wont let me transfer my old photos into this phone via bluetooht it finds them but it wont let me transfer is there a way i can go over this and unblock the bluetooth?
