Palm Beach - use a tropical theme - Advertise a big giveaway of beach property for the first 200: when people come in ask them to hold out their hand and fill their palm up with sand: Palm Beach

Sell Hawaiian shirts and sandals - keep the room really hot - be sure to have a great water feature and possibly koi fish in a lagoon pond

You can have leis, hula skirts, dancing girls, tropical drinks.

Invent a bunch of new tropical drinks like the

"Palm Beach" = a person orders one and the drink comes one a tray of sand with a small orchid or tropical flower (charge a lot for these) - Champagne - Amaretto - Passion liqueur

The Zen"
Give the customer little zen tools and a mini zen garden to work in the sand - fun and gets rid of stress

Bird of Paradise: use your imagination

Hula - the waiter or waitress has to do the hula when they bring the drink and give a paper lei

Volcano drink (dry ice in the bottom be sure it is in a tinfoil with holes in the foil so it is not drunk)

Passion Potion: a huge bowl full of a Scorpion type drink with two straws and orchids floating in the bowl.

Cheer Beer: Half good beer - Half ginger ale with a spot of ginger liqueur

or recently I saw a bar called "Adult Daycare"

You could use the Daycare theme and treat the customers like babies

Maybe have one theme a month - the possibilities are limitless

Theme Bar: you could have feasts, luaus, Renaissance festivals, Ancient Egyptian night, Bollywood night, - on and on

I always wanted to see Alaska but never got there.

or maybe 'The Midway'

Perhaps Anchorage is the midway for some flights; an international city for sure. Anchorage has lots of bases so the name Midway may appeal to military folk. The base at Midway (WW2), though damaged by Japanese air attack, remained operational and later became a vital component in the American trans-Pacific offensive. You could put classic photos up from the era.
