Does anyone know where I can get these plastic winged bolt covers?

I need a plastic winged bolt covers that I originally saw on a Weider 140 weight bench. They look something like this:

page 14 has the parts and page 16 has the cust. service number

Don't know a shop that makes bolt covers.
