A couple of my asian friends and I applied to one and we all got denied, my friend later said that she saw a group of friends which consisted of 3 mexican girls and 1 asian girl, the three hispanic girls got hired but the asian one did not? EH?

It could be that they were looking for people that are bi-lingual in spanish and english. It could also be that they were better fitted for the job.

Where is this Cheesecake Factory at?? The one in Marina Del Rey, California I've seen plenty of Asians.

The one I go to (redondo beach) usually has white people with a few others.....and just to ket you know, just cuz they are Hispanic doesnt mean they are Mexican.
Maybe the interviews weren't good, or the other people were better qualified.
