How much crap can one person take until they explode?

what if they've taken crap all of their lives and just one day, crack?

attitude has everything to do with enough. I could explode daily. having a release is very important to my serenity. life is too short to explode daily, love the opportunities to be loving, there is never enough Love. we all need and crave it.

depends on each person. but one would not want to explode as others have already turne dtheir backs on ya. if you do explode you end up alone still and even more frieghtened and lonely. Whoever or whatever it is thats pushing your buttons , you need to close the door on them asap. you need to go forward in life with out the drama and pain they are causing you. Your a better person then them if you walk away from it. and you will be stronger and will feel better..

It differs from person to person, enough for me is the moment I give you a glare that says "continue on this path and you will be executed". My boyfriend knows this glare all to well.
