which university is better 4 mphil eng.(distance edu) devilal /annamalai /madurai?

I hav done my MA ENG from kurukshetra uni. but could not get admission there (in mphil course) at present I m residing in chandigarh . can you suggest any better option than above mentioned 3 univ

Go for annamalai university as they have contact program also
