Yeah I know people that have worked at both and pay sucks at both. Although I think Hollywood is slightly higher.

Hollywood Video... better company too... they don't demand that the movie makers release censored copies.
Sometimes, when you rent a video at Blockbuster, you are only seeing a shadow of what the movie was meant to be.
Unfortunately, because it is too expensive to release multiple editions of a film, Hollywood Video will have the same cheesy copy that Blockbuster does because the movie company wants Blockbuster's business - so they edit out everything and send the dilluted version to both retailers.

Hollywood Video. I've worked at both and it also depends if you are a manager and what not.
