You've made a huge statement that encompasses all leaders. Did you mean to do that? Do you know all leaders? It might have been better to say, the leaders I know talk of goodness; yet not even one is unselfish.
1. To have a leader talk of goodness is not a bad thing. I have heard leaders say, I am talking to myself also because they know they fall short of the high word they are speaking. A genuine leader is not afraid to let you know he/she is not perfect. And by now we should all know that we all have the same skin (no matter the color) and the same possibility of good and the same possibility to do evil. I think we hope for an hero, an angel and often we are disappointed to find they are making their way just like you and me.
2. Not even one is unselfish? You sound like you have had an expectation that has not been met. Be the first to show that leader what it is to be unselfish. Perhaps he will learn a life-long lesson by your generosity. You don't have to be a leader or rich to give. If you live your life disappointed, looking on the failures of others, you will miss a great blessing and the opportunity to live unselfish.
