this might be a challenge to some. i want you to write a sentence using every letter of the alphabet only once. and it HAS to make sense.

BEST sentence gets 10 points.

The following pangram makes sense, but not a lot:
Mr. Jock, TV quiz Ph.D., bags few lynx.

From my research it seems that a 26 letter pangram (sentence using all letters at least once) that makes sense is pretty much impossible. The only good ones use obscure words and acronyms and the like. There are some pretty good slightly longer ones (for example- Jinxed wizards pluck ivy from the big quilt. (36 letters)) but the 26 letter ones are basically nonsensical.

but this sentence doesnt fulfill ur latter requirement.
