The black blood is just clotted. It's nothing to worry about. My periods started doing the same thing when I took the birth control pill, and it's normal.

I hope I helped!

Bleeding Black Blood

If your age and current health are god, and with the absence of any other symptoms I think this is entirely normal.

Dark blood is perfectly normal... as long as its not your entire period. Sometimes at the beginning and end it gets a little dark.

This is simply blood from the lining of your womb that has been present for a day or two before being passed and so which looks darker than the usual fresher blood. This may come and go, but unless you get any other new symptoms linked to your period – in which case tell your doctor – then I would leave things alone here. I hope this helps.

You are perfectly normal to be concerned, it's better to be safe than sorry. The black blood is really just aged blood and usually happens when you're on the last couple of days of your period. The lining in your uterus gets older as in wears down. Your period is just because your uterus was preparing a cozy spot for the baby all month but you didn't conceive so it gets rid of it. The closer you are to ending the darker it usually gets not the bright red like what you start with
If you are still concerned, though, contact your doctor or gyn to ease your mind. good luck!

I think the blood looking blackis just because there is A LOT of it. And when you miss the pill it messes with other parts of the woman cycle. If the bleeding gets worse or if you have bad pains see the doc. If not dont be to worried, it has happened to me once, its just a lot of blood.

if things are thrown out of whack with your pills you might encounter a really heavy flow which might look close to black in color. If it doesn't stop in a day or two after you are steadily taking your pills to call your gyno and set up an appt.

it's old blood. When I don't get my period because of ovarian cyst it later comes out black too.
