Masterbation is normal, and it is perfectly natural to masterbate even if you have a partner who is intimate in bed. This does not mean the partner lacks skills. It just means that you enjoy sex, whether it be from your partner or from your hand. Some people have problems with their partners masterbating, but this is mostly because they are confused about what it means. Masterbation means nothing more than that you enjoy stimulating your genitals, and it has NOTHING to do with how good your partner is in bed.

No a normal masturbation is not a bad thing. For a single, masturbation is normal for 3 times a week. But if it is done everyday it is abnormal. The single man or woman can live witho-
ut masturbation because God gives us its solution by "wet dream
".We can prevent masturbation also by do often fasting and physical exercise. But if you have a spouse and you still do masturbation, you are not normal.Maybe you can not be satisfied by your spouse, that is your problem. If it is occured it is better you call for a sex specialist doctor.

People that think masturbation is a bad thing are insecure with their own bodies. And if your partner thinks you masturbating is a bad thing, they are having doubts about whether they are pleasing you.

Not at all, nearly all males masturbate until near the time of death, regardless of how much sex they have.
It is completely normal.
Enjoy it, and get the remnant cobwebs of Victorianism out of your head. Masturbation is good for you.

Masturbation is normal and very healthy. Once you are intimate with someone you can still masturbate alone, or mutually.
