You can never go wrong with that simple black dress. Now you can go several different ways with it and still look stunning. You can go all black complete with black accessories, Do a mid- black dress with a simple black stilletto and silver accessories or go all out with the black mid length to short but tastful length with a rcay red heel, red costume jewlry (the cute kind not the circus kind), and a natural make-up with a liner and gloss for the lips hair shoulder length or up-swept.

I totally stand by this everytime I go to one.
A sexy all black dress with lacy black stockings< And to top it all off put a small rose in you hair or a large rose pinned to your dress
So cute and original

depends on how formal the occasion is, but I think a simple little black dress would be great!

You could just accessorise a black dress with red shoes/necklaces/belts/head band.
How 'bout a red ribbon as your belt?
or
A red head band with a bow or sumthing?
