How does the fact that muscle and nerve cells can't reproduce affect the human body?

well for skin, fat, and blood cells, we can regenerate them if we lose them, the body is constantly generating new cells of those type.

You can't grow muscle, only tone it, because there is a limited amount of space on a persons frame for the connective tissue. and eventually those cells start to break down over time, and you loose stregnth. The same thing with nerve cells, you cant generate more nerves, but you can loose sensitivity in them over time.
