The BCCI pays huge amounts in dollars to these foreign coaches, and what happens? Greg helped in throwing out Ganguly (the poor guy should have had a fair chance), created controversaries in the media, and to top it all, recently insulted our MPs in Parliament...
Therefore, I say..hire our own coaches...

There is an old poem in Bengali; two lines like that ~ " we always prefer foreign dog instead of native god". So, how come the BCCI will be an exception !!

Coaching is a professional job and any cricketer can become coach. BCCI preferred for a foreign coach mainly because they felt that if any Indian is appointed as a Coach, he many not get
the same respect a foreign coach gets from the players. From the available foreign coach, BCCI selected the best coach available.

Indian officials concerning the cricket are now simply the "YES-DOLL" for GREG CHAPPELL.....Now greg is the king in BCCI and all te members of it are only the slaves of him...the better example is " Even when GREG insulted our MPs , our Sharad pawar had supported for GREG only and also begged our MPs not to talk about this in parliament ... " Sourav Ganguly should be brought back into the team because India cannot forget the great works made by him for INDIA...Let the officials be as slaves for that WHITE...They cannot be taught lessons because they are not doing this without their knowledge....They knew all...But something is playing in the field of their hands that make them do all

Coach is not going to make difference. He can only help you outside the ground/match to improve your flaws.
Players have to perform on the field in all environment i.e. playing at home on docile wickets and away on fresher and bouncier wickets. Until and unless we tend to handle how to play on lively wickets, coaches will not make difference.
The solution is:
Train the players, not in India but in Australia and SA. Our players should play in league matches in these two countries. BCCI should wake up and see that these professional players are made to work harder and let them practice o/s India. We are tigers at home. Let us be tigers away also.
