Of course I shower before I go to bed. Then in the morning I take a good wash off and brush my teeth. I don't shower because to sit in my own filth disturbs me.

I LOVE to shower before bed! Then I'm all clean, I smell nice and I tend to sleep better after a hot shower!

I shower after I wake up. The two things I need to get going is a hot shower and a big cup of coffee.

i shower in the mornings. Im too tired when i get home,sometimes i feel the need for a good shower at night, but i have to take one in the mornings because my hair and skin get nasty when i wake up. SO No I take showers in the mornings to refresh myself and wake up.
