I don't really understand what you're asking here exactly.
Are you referring to a dating website? If so, there are many out there you could try I suppose. match.com comes to mind.
You can't make a girl just instantly love you - it doesn't work that way. Ways you could improve your chances I guess would be the usual confidence approach - show them your the bee's knees and you want her to taste your honey. Haha j/k.
But really though, confidence is key. Treat her with respect and show her she's the best thing to ever happen to you.
