Means I am going to spend the next 27 days being innundated with images, music and ideas the do nothing but serve to remind me of just how empty my life is...of just how much I have lost that can never be regained...of how the only light my life ever had has been extinguished for so many years...it reminds me of joy...and pain...sunshine and rain...means I will miss the love of my life more than I have before....reminds me of the truth in the words of this poem....

CHRISTMAS TIME AGAIN

All the houses are strung with colored lights;
Red, green, blue, sliver and gold.
But I can't see them, through the tars I shed
As I walk along these lonely roads.
On the corner there stands a Santa Clause
Wishing all who pass a "Merry Christmas".
But I don't hear him, not a single word he says.
I just walk past and do not listen.
Christmas, time again.
Christmas, that time of year when,
I find myself hurting more,
Than any other time before.
And Christmas time is here again.
All the music, they play inside the stores,
Well it sounds so way off key.
That has nothing to do with how it's played,
It's 'cause there’s no one here with me.
Everyone's left me and I'm so all alone.
Another Christmas by myself.
No cards or letters from any so called friends,
Only bare places in my heart.
Christmas, time again.
Christmas, that time of year when,
I find myself hurting more,
Than I ever have before.
And Christmas time is here again.

It's a fun festive time of the year. An opportunity to get together with family and friends. Volunteer for local charities that help out those in need.

Christmas to me means being with the ones that you love. It is
the joy on a childs face on Christmas morning when they first
walk into the room that holds so many treasures that is left for
her or him from "Santa Claus". It is a celebration of Jesus for
He is the CHRIST in CHRISTMAS.

a time to be with your family and friends in a holiday manner,a time for expressing your faith in another way if you are christian.a time to express your love for the holiday, whichever holiday you are talking about it is more about expressing your feelings with the God of your religion.and of course you family also.
