i am a lefty but i have alot of energy in my right hand but i can't control it but then i can not control my right hand either... and some time, some lucky day i will shoot like mj. what should i do ? which hand should i use?

I used to have the same problem. Except my master hand is the right. You need to practise shooting with your right at a close range first to control your strength. Do some lay up with you right too.(foot work must be left leg take off though). If you have master your right hand and if you can really do some hang time, it will really be advantages when people wanna block your shots from the left but you switch right. This is extremely hard to block in a lay up or a close range shot.

I would shot 50 free throws with your right, and then 50 with your left. Go with what is more consistant

Always use your dominant hand. Believe it or not, using your "offhand" for something like this may cause you to develop other motor-skill difficulties.
