She is make this sound why she sleeping and I've never heard her make a sound should I be worried. I've only had her for a week and this is my frist time owning a ferret.

I know when my ferrets are having dreams. They whine or cry and sometimes their feet flick like they are running. Sometimes they SNORE! A snoring ferret is funny. "What's that noise?" " It's the ferrets, they're snoring again."
You can relax, it's perfectly normal, and cute!

Ferrets dream just like dogs do. Sometimes you can see a dog look like they were running while they are lying down asleep, this is the same theory.

You need not be worried. Ferrets dream just like any other creature plus they also move in their dreams. It's very funny to see and they are just adorable.

Mine does the same thing... He also wiggles his paws n stuff... It's nothing. She's just having fun in la-la-land.
