The scarf in question is dark red, cable knit, with tassles from the Gap. A gal pal of mine said it could be unisex, but I'm a little unsure. It's acrylic, so the yarn is kind of shiny. Should I wear it or gift it?

the key is to wear it with confidence! Guys look great with scarves. I don't think too many people will stop you to ask if it's a girl scarf.

Try it out and see what you think. If you aren't comfortable in it then find one that works for you.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend bright colors or stringy/beady type scarves. But solid colors or stripes definetely.
