Odds are he is looking at internet porn. But don't worry...EVERYBODY looks at internet porn. It doesn't mean he doesn't love you. It just something guys do. Ignore it. (my wife just makes fun of me for doing it)

No! I do it all the time. So my computer will run better. Once you open up a webpage your computer automatically saves almost everything about that page in your memory. Therefore making your computer run slower. If you enter any personal information (social security number, credit card number, passwords, user names) it will automatically save them in your computers history. Now in order to erase all that information you have to clear your computer history. That's all he's probaly doing. Maube he has he's internet browser set up to delete all history once he closes the browser. So once he closes the internet it will automatically erase everything. Now you get on the computer and open up the browser and see no history you automatically start assuming that he's hiding something. Tell him you want to learn something, and you've noticed when you get on the computer all the history is erased. See what he tells you.
Good Luck!

If you are constantly looking at the history, does that mean you don't trust him? Start checking my computer and I am going to erase tracks, too. I erase tracks on a regular basis, but I erase my wife's tracks, too, just as a matter of computer housekeeping, but i don't look at hers before erasing, and she doesn't look at mine.

Not necessarily. My computer runs slower when I leave all that days junk on it. I also defrag once a month due to I add and delete often.
He could be looking at Internet porn or just pics of girls not necessarily porn. and trying to keep the peace.
Do you have a problem with him being on the computer? Do you complain about it, often?
You may be giving him reason to keep you from finding out where he goes by the way you treat him and his online activities.
He may be on here asking similar questions about you and don't want you to see them. Who knows..... Good luck in your relationship.

Why are you checking on if he's erasing the history of his internet searches? Are you trying to find something that you think he's doing?

This would send off alarms in my mind that he is up to no good! Get one of those Internet spy kits. They can trace everywhere he has been on line. Install it on the computer so that you can find out where he has been on line and what he has been up to.
I hope things work out for you!

if you are checking the history, isn't that being nosey? He might know that you are checking so obviously he's going to erase it. He doesn't trust you and obviously you don't trust him. So don't make a big deal out of it.

Probably. But if you go into Temporary Internet Files you can see what he has been up to. Just click on some of the stuff in there like HTML's or text files or .jpg and .gif files.

Yes or he's not and paranoid. Either way, just let him know that "oh btw, the cable provider keeps the list of websites you go to....forever" and they can send a list to you "whenever".
That ought to be a fun reality check.

I would think that, but it may not be. He may be doing it for computer reasons. But there is also a chance that he might. Say something to him about.
