Please explain to me what does it mean by We the people of the United States and what should I draw to go along with that sentence.

"We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty, to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

The simplest meaning is that the Constitution is written by and for the People, and that it derives its authority from the People, in the interests that are further outlined in the Preamble.

I can't tell you what to draw - you need to draw something that represents what those simple, yet powerful, words mean to you.
