By hanging out with Francophones. French has it's fair share of swear words but too many are regarding the church.

find yourself a friend who speaks french!
Or, you could figure it out from some books, movies, and possibly even online translators; but I'd still prefer to have a french friend. If you have a french teacher and you really wanna know, try and ask him/her.
