I think technically he's very good, if not great, but it's not my kind of music. I don't enjoy listening to it, except to appreciate how well he plays.

I'd like to see him as a guest in Charles Mingus' 1964 band. The thought of Kenny G. taking a solo right after Eric Dolphy is hilarious to me.
Maybe he's good at what he does, but I think that jazz is much more adventurous than that.

He is not a jazz player. He is a sax player who plays popular music. His music neither sounds like jazz nor has a jazz feeling to it. It is written and arranged before recording. Jazz should not be.

i think technically he is good but does not capture the real jazz feel, more of ballads, just because he plays solo sax he's jazz?...is he gay?
