Its always black people being portrayed as dysfunctional and as if black men and women are the only ones with problems but what about white men and women? I see them with more problems then we do. Most white guys nowadays would rather be with a latina or Asian women then a white women, in fact white men and Asian women make up the largest interracial group by far but nobodies talking about that are they? And white women these days can't stand white men and would rather be with a black guy. So what race really is dysfunctional?

I heard the only white women who can't stand white men and would rather be with a black guy are ones with low self-esteem and low expectations or who want to get back at their parents.

That is soooo totally not the case. If you watch any television show or movie, the vast majority portray White couples fighting/having issues. Then again, I guess many Black families are not intact (deadbeat dads screw up the equation), so relationships between Black men and women are not often portrayed.

It is all relative to who you are talking to. I only hear about white dysfunction from a husband who has friends of all races, and a lot of white employees with crazy family troubles. I will say, that even through all their troubles they stick together like family should. The minorities seem to be doing great, maybe they just keep their family troubles to themselves. We have a way of using the small sampling of our own experience to make blanket judgements, maybe it is not as bad as you think. :)

I honestly don't think any race is more dysfunctional. I believe that it's American society in general. We've all gotten wrapped up in the faster, better, more attitude. There are generations that have been raised in broken homes and that makes for everyone's instability. We've forgotten that family is more important than working ourselves to death. And we haven't yet realized that we are all more alike than different. We're ALL dysfunctional.

A strained relationship has nothing to do with race, but the individuals like most cases that are brought up on this site.

All I can say is you are full of crap. All races have their share of dysfunctional family relationships. I think you are dreaming if you thing that one particular ethnic group has that market cornered.
