well first off if you know you are going to be playing on a hot day you need to hydrate yourself the day before you play. Then make sure you drink plenty of water during the game. The headache is because you have symptoms of dehydration and heat exhaustion. Keep drinking water and rest up. You are not going to be in soccer playing condition for a couple of days...

i play a lot of soccer. especially when it gets really hot. make sure u drink a lot of water. not right before the game tho, cuz that can cause problems. start drinking a lof of water an hour before u play. that helps u stay hydrated and doesnt leave it sloshing around in yur stomach while u play

Move to Fresno California, you can play soccer outside and it's only 40 or 50 degrees! No problem with heat anymore, or at least untill summer!!!!!!!!!!!!
