Usually twice a day. Morning and Night
No It doesn't lighted skin. Though it does make skin more sensitive to sun so it's a good idea to use a sun screen.
Yes it can lighten hair as well as clothing .Don't spill.
for the rest follow the instructions on the bottle. I've been using a system that has a BP wash and a BP cream over top. It's been helping.
Good luck

WOW Tsunami! Yes it works as long as your skin is not sensitive to it. My daughter had problems with it and it actuallly made her skin worse. I don't know about the skin lightening, but you do rinse off right after putting it on and washing your face. I would not let it sit, it could really irritate your skin. If you want to put benzoyl peroxide cream on the pimples after washing with it you can.

No product or treatment is going to be right for everybody. That said, there are some great natural treatments you might try. 1.Cut a couple of slices of raw potato. Rub them on your face and let it .it there for 10 minutes or so. Let it dry and then rinse it off with warm water. Do this 2 or 3 times a week, not everyday. It will dry your skin too much. I know it sounds crazy, but it really helps. 2. Head off to the spice shop and get some Fenugreek. Mix it with a little water to make a paste, and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes or so, then wash it off with warm water. Repeat daily to prevent outbreaks of new pimples. 3. Mix lime juice and rosewater together in equal parts. Apply it to the area of your skin that is broken out. Wash it off after 10 to 15 minutes. 4.Drink plenty of water. Keeping hydrated will help flush the oil form your skin.

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
