Since so many of our presidents have been in the military, I wouldn't be surprised if one or two of them had tattoos. It's pretty commonplace for soldiers/sailors/airmen to get some sort of tattoo during their tours of duty. Plus, presidents, congresspeople, mayors, and governors are (or were) normal, everyday people, so I'm sure that at least a portion of them have tattoos or piercings.
I'm curious why you asked this question.

am waiting to get a tattoo. get as many as needed -- as long as they seem to be a artwork of artwork whilst positioned-jointly (ie; no longer a sketch character with significant, historical symbols). piercings: tongue & "genitalia" piercings are not kewl. i like large, complimentary piercing(s) -- including, a number of rings for each ear; via the wall of the nostril in the corner by the front (consistent with hazard a prepare in india?). yet a hoop or "wand" via the two nostrils is gross, detracting from ones organic solid seems. i desire tattoos the place they are able to be seen. in spite of each and every thing, isn't that the element to coach your message or sign of identity? (working example: decrease back of hands; between elbow & wrist; on the chest around the clavicle section). my tattoo would be between the elbow and wrist; a 2d would be on the different arm, comparable place.

Mayors maybe but frankly even if they did no politician at these levels who is right in the head would ever publicize it.

Republican Representative Foley had one on his azz that said ENTER HERE. Also was about to get one on his forehead that said I love little boys ******* and peniacs but then he got busted the day before his tattoo appt.
