Hello,
I am 28 years old and planning for second child since 10 months. My daughter is 5 years old now. I didn't had any problem conceiving my first child .My mensus starts every month exactely on 11th. I would like to know about my cycle ,is it a 30 days cycle? Second question is that after intercourse I could feel all the semen flowing out of my vagina. Please let me know Doctor if there is any problem with me.

Yup, the semen coming out again is pretty normal. I know I read tips around stating to put a pillow under your bum so you kinda tilt backwards so gravity can help the semen to it's destination, but I'm not sure if it actually helps or if it's just one of those old saying sort of things. Eh, you might find it kinda gross, but you can feel the cervical fluid to check if it's in the right stage. The descriptions I've read is to have some fluid on your finger, try with two fingers to stretch it out. Apparently it's supposed to have about the same consistency as raw egg white.

Yes Gravity, but It's most likely not ALL the semen coming out of you, during and after intercourse the woman produces her own C*M and that is also what is coming out of you!!! Shouldnt you know a little more on the subject if your 28 and already have a child???

Gravity is what makes the semen flow out the of vagina...even if you are laying down. The only way you are going to keep it all in there is if you stand on your head!!! Not much semen actually makes it through the tiny cervix.

There a millions of sperm in semen and it only takes one to fertilize your egg, trust me no matter how much flows back out you still have plenty to get pregnant. Is it the same father, if not he might be infertile (shooting blanks) if you keep having this problem your best bet would be to go to the doctor and talk to him about it.

if you are on top during intercourse, the semen will definitely flow out. so if you want to conceive, be down during intercourse. even then it will flow out due to gravity so dont get up after intercourse and try to raise your pelvic region a bit so that semen can go in and help in fertilization.
