I saw this movie when I was pretty young...I'm 19 now. I think it was from the 80s but the story took place in the 50s maybe or something like that. Maybe not. I think some nerdy kids were always getting picked on. the only scene I can remember is a kid is ina tent lying on his stomach naked and there is a lit candle sticking up from his butt??? I know..I'm not smoking crack, I promise...Can anyone help?

It could have been one of the Porky movies. They came out in the 80's but took place in the 50's. Was there an obnoxious nerd named PeeWee in it. I think there were 3 of them.
