I want to go to college for either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering(leaning more towards EE ATM). Would it be faster to go to the University of Minnesota right away versus going to Normandale and then transfering over to the University of Minnesota?

According to its website, there is a partnership between Normandale Community College and the University of Minnesota. It would require the minimum of a C for a course to transfer over as a college major foundaiton course or general education course. It also includes the Minnesota Transfer curriculum. If you will be relying on financial aid as your funding for tuition, apply to both programs and see which one will give you the most help on it.
