I need to choreograph a dance for three including me. We're about beginning to intermediate skill level. It's kind of hard for me, because I'm only 13. Does anyone know any videos, or can write out some moves, to help me? Thanks.

It's "Sweetness" by Jimmy Eat World. But I don't think it has choreography. I've seen the video or anything, if there is one

GOOD SONG!! i hate those jazz songs that are like
i see calypsos, leaps, lots of turns, some pitch kicks and hmm some cool floor stuff would be nice and you have to have some cool arms BUT NOTHING CHEESY!!!! : ) and do you know fuete's?? or ali sycones? Illusions? Now im just rambling on so hope everything works out : D

do some ripples/cannons where you or her start an 8 count or so and 4 counts in she starts the same 8 count and then you hold a move for 4 counts and then you both join in and you could use youtube for some jazz dance moves if you tottally blank.

Jerome Robbins did a movie called West Side Story that might be easy to find. The dancing is pure jazz and could give you some ideas -- and it's an excellent movie as well.

Bob Fosse directed a play called Chicago back in '76 that eventually got made into a movie that some people enjoyed. It has some jazz sequences in it that might inspire you.

And besides, you are not "only" 13, you are "especially" 13 -- enjoy the experience, learn from the masters and have a lot of fun!

Hey there. I'm 13 also I just taught a dance to 5 girls on my team. And we ended up using it for the recital =D

I was so happy. One thing to really liven up your dance is to add some aerials. A leap, tor-gitae, axle, whatever.

Another thing that I did to make it fun was doing segments. One person goes, then the other, then the other. Or, maybe you call it a ripple. Whatever you call it lol. Or maybe, add a part where each girl does a solo. Let them make up the solo. It makes the dance fun for them, and the girls I taught loved having freedom from our dance teacher! Lol.

Hope I helped. Good luck!

What song do you need the choreography to? It would be very difficult to write choreography in counts of 8 if you cannot physically see it. I can try to help out as much as I can. 1st step is choosing the song you'll be dancing to.
