I'm not sure about hotmail, but yes you can report inappropriate use of email....
contact customer service from whomever you have the internet access to and they will tell you where to forward the email you received...I hope you kept the email....sue him? You probably could in a small claims court for abuse of some kind, or discrimination, or defamation of character...it all depends on what he/she said to you in the email....good luck

P.S. RACISM MUST STOP....WE ARE ALL HUMANS....

If the email was threatening you can report it to the police. Otherwise, unless the person is a teacher, lawyer, real estate agent, etc, who is bound by laws requiring they remain racially neutral, there is not much you can do. Just pray for him and move on.

The only thing I can think of is save it, if it gets worse, or they actually do something call the police.. you have emailed proof. I do not think hotmail has a report abuse link, dunno for sure havent used mine in forever...

Dont let them upset you too much... they're not very intelligent to threaten you in a manner that can be traced directly to them.

If he makes specific, violent, threats, yes, you can file charges. Contact your local police and contact hotmail. Make sure you save the emails.

Sadly, you never who's going to get your e-mail, or how. I keep getting scam mails that are from some rich lady in some third world country whose husband just died and wants me to have her fortune of $20 million+. *lol*

Just ignore him. If the *****'s so bored on friday nights that all he can do is spread hate mails to complete strangers, you can just sit there and relax with the knowledge that he's going to die a virgin. :)

Did you give the guy your e-mail address? Do not give strangers your E-mail address. Know with whom you are communicating. Don't antagonize the person by reporting him. It will make it worse for you. Drop it.
