HE USED YOU!!!! But don't dwell on it, just wise up and realize that even though to be naive is bittersweet it can also be just plain bitter. I had a roomate that screwed me over big time and right when I finally had just thrown my arms up and said enough with the resentment, she sends me a message through myspace saying hi.. so do I cuss her out? do I say hi back? or do I leave it alone?? Although the first option seemed the most instinctual, I chose the last one.. just leave it alone. They know what their character is like.. no use in letting it hurt yours. By the way.. that was really nice of you to switch phones.. if you ever get your hands on that phone again.. switch it back! :O)

Well, he might not have *intended* to use you. There are many reasons why he might have given you a cheap phone (he might actually think it's a good one or he might not have been able to afford a better one, for example). But him not returning your call speaks volumes. Let it go for now (unless you want to take some of the other responders fine advice for getting your phone back). If he doesn't call you, consider the friendship over.

If it's your report it stolen and he calls you to say what the f**k was that about tell him you are really busy and that you will call him back then mail him his crappy phone C.O.D and see what he thinks about that.
I am sorry he did that to you but all you can do is find a new friend.

sounds like he used you and you need to move on . because someone who would use you isn't going to apologize or do the right thing. Be the better person and dont talk to that jerk

Call him only if you're going to be demanding your phone back, otherwise, just let it be.

Who's paying the bill? If it's in your name, you can have it turned off. If it's in his name, all you can do is let it go, but I sure wouldn't be friends with him.
