Okay first of all, I'm not a smoker and I'm not talking **** on smokers. All the smokers do the **** you want to do just
not in my face. So kiss my ***. All I ask is don't smoke
while we are eating. Smoke out side. And If your talking about
Marajuana, then I don't have a problem with that either, I don't smoke
it, but I like the way it smells. I used to smoke the stuff, I am not
going to lie and as for Cigarettes I quit 10 years ago, I kick the habit.

Tell that to the woman who's four months pregnant and has to waitress in the smoking section of Denny's. Or to the asthmatic man who is stuck working around smokers all day, for whatever reason. Why can smokers take "smoke breaks" in fast food, movie theaters, video stores, etc. but no one else can take a five minute break? I find smoking annoying. I don't care what you do to your body, but if you're doing it inside, there's no way for me to protect myself or my family from your secondhand smoke, which is PROVEN to be DEADLIER than the smoke YOU inhale. With all the known side effects of secondhand smoke, it's amazing smoking is allowed in ANY public place in the US.

People who smoke are solving my problem for me. You won't be around in another 20 years and that will be the end of the line for you. So its a self help problem really. Keep smoking, the more you smoke the faster you go, the faster you go the happier the rest of us who don't smoke will be. So here, have two on me!

As a nonsmoker, I agree with you. What's wrong with smoking outside? It's not like the factories and cars aren't polluting the air. I DO object to smoking inside because I can't escape the smoke. But banning it outside is ridiculous.

I use to smoke but since all the laws in Australia came out I have quit. It is crazy you can't even smoke at a bar or club or even at the beach.
There were too many people looking down on me that I felt ashamed to smoke so I quit.
The laws are unfair but hey I don't smoke because of them which is one benefit.

I can't see that if you are polite as possible, like not smoking in a non smokers house or blowing it in someones face or dinner, that it should be anyone else's business. Plenty of things stink (Red Door perfume gives me migraines - on the other people even) its not banned. They banned it here and most people are standing outside the pubs and clubs...and now they are complaining about the smoke butts in the streets. The anti-smokers are almost like religious zealots pushing there agenda on other people.

Smoking is disgusting ~ You're not just poisoning yourself, but you poison people around you. The smoke spreads and others breathe it in that really don't want or need it. It stays on your clothes and when you come around other people, they have to smell that filth. You drop your funky cigarettes all over the place without and regard, and without realizing that children and animals pick them up and put them in their mouths. ~ If smokers want to smoke, they should move to some far end of the earth so that they can keep their nasty a** pollution to themselves...

You made the choice to smoke. You were not born with a cigarette in your hand. However, I have asthma. I did not choose it. You can get help to get rid of your addiction. I have to rely on medication to take care of mine. You can still smoke as much as you want in areas where it is allowed. However, since you choose to indulge in a habit that can be deadly to people who don't choose to indulge in it (Dana Reeves for example), you need to smoke away from non-smokers.

Does your second hand smoke in a public area take away our rights to breathe clean air?
