My uterus is also tilted (towards my back) and I was concerned that it would be difficult to conceive, but we got pregnant the first try- conceived in the missionary position. Just as a note: if your uterus is tilted backwards, when you do conceive, you may not be able to hear the baby's heartbeat until you are further along than most- this is normal and do not panic!
Best of luck with conception!

My sister was told her uterus is tilted and my cervix is tilted. My sister has three kids now and I was pregnant with my first but lost it. Try doggy style to concieve. I heard it works a whole lot better. Sperm has to travel upstream and you're bent over so it will work a whole lot better. It did for me. Good luck. By the way, it took me 11 months to get pregnant. Always have hope and never lose faith in God.
