Installshield won't let met run an .exe. Are there any alternatives to InstallShield?

Try downloading the *.exe file again from the source, it may be incomplete.

Usually Installshield is inside the *.exe file and you cannot separate it from the other content.

Also check the specifications. It may be for a newer version of IE or Windows or whatever you have.

Temporary disable the install shield and then run run the exe. Turn on the install shield once the installation is over.

Incase you are working on a network ask administrator.
