i have no family that i can go too, most of my friends are gone, my husband is over sea's, and i want to disapear. mt parents only use me to their advantage but dont care if they hurt me. my family has basically disowned me. i've got so much going through my head and no one to go to. i've bottled so much up inside. what can i do? should i just keep bottling it up and try and forget? should i just say to hell with it and shut down? should i stop busting my *ss for other's? what should i do?

you have done it, don't bottle. There are more friends waiting for you. Support doesn't have to come from family. as 1 door closes another one opens. open your heart to new "Friends" of course being cautious, being in a vulnerable state.

Sweetie, the Holidays are here and are a hard time sometimes for people to go thru. There are so many people out there who need you. Go read to an elderly person in the nursing home. Go to a womans shelter and do a makeover for a woman there, volunteer in a soup kitchen. You'll soon forget about your troubles because by doing good for others you'll begin to feel better about yourself.....

im sorry to hear that you are going through such a hard time. i would hate to use some tired cliches, but sometimes they have quite a bit of truth to them. it cant be all bad, we all have something that helps us get through the day, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. i would recommend you try to look at the positives. judging oneself in such a state may be unfair. i am reminded of a particular song, when i begin to feel like this:

Compare the best of their days
With the worst of your days
You won't win
With your standards so high
And your spirits so low
At least remember ...
This is you on a bad day, you on a pale day

Just do your best and don't ...
Don't worry,
The way you hang yourself is oh, so unfair

Wow. Sounds like you need some 'you time'! You said your husband is overseas...is there a military counselor you could talk to? Church pastor? How about the local MHMR? It helps my husband, who has clinical depression w/suicidal ideations. If you need to talk you can come to my 360 and send me a message, or send a message off my answers page...I'm on here most days and (obviously) quite late some evenings. Please don't just give up, you're a worthwhile person and there is help for you.

scream, yell, throw things, and then calm down, take charge of your life, and go to online chat rooms and annoy people by telling them about all your problems. Ignore your family and start doing something you've always wanted to do. Take martial arts classes, take up dancing, whatever you're interested in. Just try and live a little.

how about talking to a friend. a real friend- a person who would listen to you and who wouldn't judge you. some times just talking to some one helps you get rid of alot of pain that you have got bottled up inside.
if not write all of these things down. wriet how much you hate people and wriet everyting that comes to your mind. and after that read it slowly and burn it. this really helps. this is what i do when i get really depressed. there are somethings that i don't want to and can't say to people so i write all of them and burn the piece of paper. try it.

hope this helps.

Look after You. You're worrying me and I'm in a different country. If you have a few dollars, go to a salon and get done up, and go out and have some fun! Best Wishes.

You know...that really sucks...
and i thought my fanboy club was bad...

Ok well anyway, maybe you should just go to a friends house and stay there until your husband returns. Also, writing down your feelings in a journal can help depression

Fight for yourself. Get a job, or something that you can do to keep busy, (I'm assuming that you arleady have one??))

don't let anyone push you around. dont give them the satisfaction of shutting down. it drives people more crazy when you don't give 'em what they want.

Keep fightin girl
