I read the manga. And as far as im concerned they are about equal. Bleach has more of a plot twist than Naruto, though. Naruto is pretty much progressing the way you would suspect.
i will say that they are almost two peas in a pod though. Bleach is a samurai anime while Naruto is (obviously) ninja anime.

I think they're both pretty much awesome
but
BLEACH doesn't have as many useless fillers.
You can't lie - naruto is annoying because the manga is sooo far ahead of the anime and I watch the anime. Why do they waste such time to get to the point?

Good plot
Good Anime!
Bleach is good but my vote goes to Naruto

Both are Great. But Bleach is more fast paced... well, taking in account that Naruto fillers has extended to far and became pointless.
