Your favourite 2 movies based on true accounts or actual events?

Question

I like to consider myself a real movie buff....I love all sorts of movies and usually lean towards horrors, comedies and war movies....but my real interest and love are movies based on actual events.....if you could give me 2 movies of this sort that you consider your favourites, what would they be?

I have heaps, but I think my 2 absolute favs would be

Monster with Charlize Theron she was really good in that and the way she transformed herself was amazing from this gorgeous actress to this feral fat hooker.
Walk The Line, Johnny Cash was just a legend with his music

And The Amityville Horror, although I've only seen the 2005 remake. I love ghost stuff ^.^

1) Dirty Dancing because an agent found me and trained me to do Professional Ballroom Dancing for a living. And it was everything that Jennifer Grey faced....learning how to dance, and scared to compete.
2)Amitville Horrors because growing up I lived in a real actual haunted place where spirits did creepy things that my family to this day can talk about.

I really liked the ghost and the darkness because it was about these two male lions that went about killing railroad workers. They said that it was never heard of for lions to act that way.
