Twins might be the problem. You may just be feeding or pumping so often you think you're out; it's taxing enough for one baby, but with two, I'd think you're almost forced to supplement with formula, which is perfectly fine. As long as they're getting your milk, they're still getting all its nutrients and whatnot - it's just not all they're getting because they're also getting formula, which isn't bad either.
I know there are certain teas you can drink that are supposed to aid milk production, which you can get at a Central Market or Whole Foods, etc.. Stay away from over the counter medicines or prescription medicines that literally can dry up your milk; and stay away from things that are natural diurectics like coffee and alcohol.
But seriously, you should contact either a lactation consultant at your local hospital or La Leche League. They're the best. I mean, there's a whole science behind nursing, and they're like the High Priestesses. My wife nursed our 2 year-old for the first 18 months, and - people make fun - but I became very supportive of the lost art of nursing. It's one of the most natural, healthful, and wonderful things a mother can do for her child. Rock on.

There is a supplement or a tea called mother's milk you can get at a health food store and if you try nursing agian use this and it will help get your milk supply back.....in the mean time just start nursing or pumping (nursing will work better) to try and get it going more!

If you have weaned the kids for too long, then you will be drying up now. It may be possible to start lactating again. I'd consult a lactation specialist. I'm a dude and don't know enough about it. But if you put your baby's back on the spigot (sorry), and you're patient, then your flow may start back up again.
Remember the words:
Lactation Specialist. Yes, they exist and your local hospital probably employs one. Call her (because a male lactation specialist would just be too creepy.)
