I'm in the same boat. My period is due tomorrow, and my HPT today is negative. And I've had an increased amount of creamy cervical discharge (and it's not an infection).

From what I've read in many books & been told on an online Pregnancy & TTC forum, the cramps can be similar, the same, or less than that of your period. It varies woman to woman, and their experiences with cramps.

Currently, mine are significantly less than my menstrual cramps, and they come & go. It's more like a pelvic ache.

Cramping is the same maybe more worse during pregnancy at any given time. During pregnancy you have sore boobs, frequent urination, headaches, back aches, tiredness, clumsyness and so on. Cramping will come and go and discharge is normal. If it comes out pink or brownish pink, I'd see a doctor. That's how I miscarried yesterday. Don't get stressed. It can cause a miscarriage. Please go see your doctor.
