I don't think so becasue prokaryotes means ''primitive cell'' so eukaryotes come form themm they are ''true cells''.

2. electorn microscoep,- advantges: 3d images, very high resolution.
disadvanteges: long time to prepare sample, sample most be dead, electron micrsocope are expensive, and the images are in black and white.

I you want to know how a susbtance enters a cells is better with a light microscope because you cant have a life cell. but i think you could still study it with electron. But take in consideration that disavantages i told you.

1. No, because eukaryotes are are much more complex than prokaryotes. Also the most primitive organisms are prokaryotes. Therefore, if basic organisms did not existed much more complex organisms would not have came to be.
2. Electron microscope allows the viewer to view an object with great detail. However, in order for an object to be viewed under an electron microscope it must be dead, therefore you can't see the substance enter a live cell.

1. Eukaryotes could not exist without prokaryotes as some of the organelles contained in eukaryotic cells have a prokaryotic origin: the mitochondria found in all eukaryotic cells is believed to have come about when an amoeboid-type organism engulfed a particular prokaryote but did not digest it (hence mtDNA - the mitochondrion has it's own DNA...) and the chloroplast organelles found in all photosynthetic eukaryotes were formed when te ancestor of these organisms engulfed a photosynthetic prokaryote (eg cyanobacteria) but did not digest it... you may want to google "endosymbiotic theory" to get more info and a better understanding.

For your second question, the disadvantage of EM for studying cells is that the cells have to be coated with a metal first. That kills the cell. It also takes the cells out of their "natural" state of functioning.
